Dashboards

Data is a powerful tool that can revolutionize the way organizations serve their cardholders. CloudCard wants to help you use your Online Photo Submission data to provide a better cardholder experience. That means providing your card office with relevant information in a digestible format. CloudCard uses AWS Quicksight to make this happen.

Defining Key Metrics

Stock report runs on a rolling 12 month period. In other words, you will see data from the last 12 months. Although most of the Key Metrics are self-explanatory, let's define the different items that are displayed in this section of the Summary Report.

  • Total Approved Photos - the number of photos that have been approved.
  • Total Denied Photos -  the number of photos that have been denied.
  • Total Photo Submissions -  the number of photos that have been submitted.
  • People with Photos - the number of people who have a photo in CloudCard. This not only includes users who have approved photos but those with pending photos as well.
  • Invite Response Rate - The percentage of cardholders who responded to an invite.
  • First Photo Approval Rate - The percentage of cardholders whose photos are approved on the first attempt.
  • Active Cardholders - The number of cardholders who were created and/or uploaded a photo.
  • Work Weeks Saved - A conservative estimate of the number of workweeks your staff members saved by using CloudCard.
  • Cardholder Hours Saved - A conservative estimate of the number of hours your cardholders were not standing in line this year because of CloudCard.

We have defined each section of the Summary Report in an additional article.
