Why can't I add a user that already has an account?

The CloudCard database uses emails to save a users data. You cannot use the email twice in the system. If your cardholder has already made an account with CloudCard in any organization you will have to archive or anonymous that old user. We suggest that you archive that old account that way you can bring it back to active when you need to! Click here for more information on how to bulk archive or anonymize users to best efficiency.
