Photo List Settings

You can customize the Photo List within your organization, as well as sort by photo color or by date the photo was submitted.

To access these settings, you'll want to click on the little gear that is located on the upper right side of the Photo List page of your organization. 

Clicking on the settings gear will bring down a menu.

Sort pending photos by

This section allows you to sort the pending photos by either the color classification (how HelperBot has classified that photo: red, green, yellow) or by the date the photo was submitted. When sorting color, the green photos will show first and the red photos will be last. When sorting by date, the photos that were submitted first will be on the top.

Show Tabs

This sections allows you to customize what tabs you will see on the Photo List page. We suggest keeping the Approved, Denied and Downloaded tab showing to make it easier to keep track of the photos.

Show Columns

This section allows you to customize which columns you will see on the Photo List page. These columns include your custom fields that have been set up for your organization. 

The photos below helps you visually see where the tabs and columns are located within the Photo List page. Red is the tabs and yellow is the columns.
