Passwords in Chrome

If Chrome is set to remember passwords on your computer, you may run into some problems with the CloudCard application. We highly suggest disabling Chrome from remembering your password for onlinephotosubmission.com. 

If you are in a user's record and you receive an error when saving or it appears you cannot save, Chrome is most likely filling in your password on the user record. The application is not saving because the password is incorrect. To check and see if this is happening, follow the steps below.

1. Click on the "Change Password" checkbox when you're in the user record.

2. Selecting that box will bring up two Password fields. If you see anything in the first Password field, like the photo below, that means your computer is inputting your password into the user record. 

3. Delete the characters that are in the Password field and click on save.

4. You'll also want to deactivate Chrome or any type of password manager from remembering your passwords for CloudCard.
