Bulk approve and deny functionality?

Bulk Approve

This feature is integrated directly in the pending tab under people. This is a super easy way to approve everyone that has sent in photos and are sitting in the pending tab.

How to:

1. Go to People > Pending

2. Click the square shown below

3. Select the "Approve Selected Photos" button

Bulk Deny

Bulk Deny is indirectly available through our auto deny feature. This feature (if requested to be turned on) uses our AI to give the photo a satisfaction score. If that satisfaction score is below a certain threshold the photo will be auto denied. If helps the card office in sifting through all of the photos.

Here is an example of how if you were to upload a photo of a goldfish you would get a auto denial email in real time. Notice that there is even a reason for denial to give the cardholder a better idea of what to fix:
