Do cardholders have the ability to crop their own photo?
CloudCard discourages the cardholder from cropping their own photo. It is more work on a cardholders part when we have provided an AI to crop the image for them.
If you still need this feature to edit your photo then locate the "edit photo" button after submitting your photo. It is good to note that AI will crop and rotate the photo better than the cardholder ever will. If you would like to still do it here the steps how:
- Submit your photo and click on the edit photo tab
- Click on the blue pencil below the old photo (Note this is hard to find to discourage most attempts)
- Now you can adjust the edges to get your desired cropping and click save changes
- Now you can move on in your photo submission process
