Testing CloudCard - Start to Finish

You've recently logged into your CloudCard account and you want to test out the application from start to finish. This article will explain the steps you need to take in order to do just that. Below is a checklist to keep you on track. These 9 steps will let you see CloudCard from the cardholder and admin point of view. The Checklist

Create a new user
Click the "upload photo" link in the welcome email
Submit photo and Gov. Issued ID (if applicable)
Deny photo
Look at Denial email
Approve photo
Look at Approval email
Download photo

Logging in to CloudCard

Here is the admin link to login to CloudCard: https://app.onlinephotosubmission.com/#/admin

If you have set up your own domain, the link will be different. You should come to a screen similar to the one below. Fill in your username and password and click "login." You can also login to CloudCard via SSO if that has been set up for your organization.

Create a New User

Click the "add" button once you have entered the "People" tab in CloudCard.

Enter an email address. This will be the email address that the Welcome Email is sent to.

PRO TIP - Do NOT use your CloudCard admin email as the test email. You should use a personal email account to create/test the CloudCard workflow. Or use a gmail alias as shown in the video below.

Click "Save"

If you follow these steps, you have successfully created a user within CloudCard. 🙌🏼 7 more steps to go!

Click the "Upload Photo" Link in the Welcome Email

You'll be acting as a Cardholder in the next few steps. Open up the email inbox that is linked to the users account and find the welcome Email.

Open up the email and click the "Submit Your Photo" button.

You should land on the below page.

Click the upload your photo button, select a photo, and click open. When the cardholder sees this on their smartphone, CloudCard will automatically open up the camera to submit a photo. This screen shot is taken from a desktop.

Helper Bot will automatically start to crop, rotate, and classify the photo. Click next to move onto the next step - if your organization is using Supporting Documents.

Choose a file and click "open."

Scroll down and click "Submit & Sign Out."

After you submit the photo, HelperBot will work on classifying the photo during the Photo Classification process.

Deny Photo

Now it's time to switch back to a CloudCard admin.

Make sure you are logged back into CloudCard. Click on the Photos tab on the left sidebar and then find the photo that you uploaded. Click the thumbs down button to deny it.

Look at Denial Email

Now you'll have your cardholder hat back on, pretending to be a cardholder at your organization. Find the denial email in your inbox. It will look like the screenshot below.

Open the email and view the content. It will look much like the screen shot below. Notice that CloudCard includes the selected denial reasons, the new denial reason, the note to the cardholder, as well as a fresh link to "Submit a New Photo."

Approve Photo

You are now back to your admin ways! Make sure you are logged into CloudCard and once again, make your way to the Photo tab from the left sidebar. Then select the "denied photo" tab at the top of the application.

Find the photo that you recently denied. You will see a thumbs up - this is how you approve a photo! Note: The cardholder account will have to have an ID number in order to approve a photo.

Look at Approval Email

This is the last time you have to pretend to be a cardholder! Open up you email inbox and find the approval email. It will look like the screenshot below.

You made it, this is the last step! 🙌🏼😁We are all proud of you! Once again, you are back to being an admin. Log back into CloudCard and select the "Approved" tab as shown below.
