Instant Photo Feedback

*This a deprecated feature*

CloudCard does it's best to make the Online Photo Submission process as easy as possible for you and your cardholders. One of the ways we do that is with automated instant photo feedback emails after a photo has been submitted by a cardholder.

Once Helper Bot has finished Photo Classification, he will send feedback to the cardholder, letting them know if he thinks the photo will be approved or denied. He gives instant photo feedback based on the confidence score of the photo (more on that topic in the articles linked above). Helper Bot delivers his feedback through email.

Helper Bot will give the cardholder three potential messages, depending on how he classifies their submitted photo. The next section of this article details his different types of feedback.

1. Helper Bot thinks the photo will be approved (green)

The below response occurs when helper bot has classified the photo as green. This is the email that is received by the cardholder.

Notice that Helper Bot gives the cardholder a chance to change their photo in case they submitted a photo that they did not like. However, once the photo has been downloaded for printing, the link in that email will be disabled.

2. Helper Bot is not sure (yellow)

This happens when a photo receives a yellow classification.

If the photo is denied by the staff member, Helper Bot will notify the cardholder and provide them with a new link to upload a photo.

3. Helper Bot thinks the photo will be denied (red)

If Helper Bot categorizes a photo as red, this is the message that the cardholder will receive.

This cardholder is shown their current photo, with a link to upload a new photo. They are also shown an example photo and the requirements to hopefully get them on the right track!
