Denying Photos

Denying photos is made easy with CloudCard. There are 2 ways to deny photos within CloudCard. This article will walk you through what that looks like step by step! Check out this article if you would like to learn about Approving Photos.

Deny photos manually

This requires you to scroll through the photos in the pending queue and deny them individually. We recommend denying the photos that should be denied and then bulk approving the rest of the photos. The image below shows the manual denial process.

Once you click the thumbs down icon, you will be prompted to select denial reasons.

Choose the reason(s) the photo is being denied. The out of the box reasons match the photo requirements that the cardholder is shown when they submitted a photo. You can also add an additional reason if the list does not provide a sufficient explanation. Finally, you can add a note to the cardholder to give them additional feedback, tips, or give them a hard time for submitting such a ridiculous photo. It could look something like this from the admin side:

As a result of the photos denial, the cardholder will receive a denial email in their inbox. CloudCard provides the cardholder with a brand new, super secure, photo upload link within the email. Below is the denial email from the video above.
