Cardholder Group Page

This article is to help you understand each field when creating a new Cardholder Group.

  • Group Name
    • This field is required. It is the name of this cardholder group.
  • Auto-Populate ID Number
    • When this box is checked, CloudCard will automatically assign an ID Number to a new user provisioned in this cardholder group.
  • Days Between Manager Emails
    • You can customize how often you would like a manager to receive the email reminder "no photo escalation". *Must be using "Group Manager" for this email*
  • Email Link: Max Uses
    • The amount of times a login link in an email can be used.
  • Email Link: Duration
    • The length of time a login link in an email can be used.
  • API Link: Max Uses
    • The amount of times a login link delivered through the API can be used.
  • API Link: Duration
    • The length of time a login link delivered through the API can be used.
  • Emails Enabled
    • The emails that the organization has enabled.
  • Default Emails
    • These are the emails that are automatically included when an organization is created, but they can be disabled after creation.
  • Manager Emails
    • The emails that can be sent to Managers if the Group Manager feature is being used.
      • New Pending Photo
        • The manager will receive an email when one of their group members submits a new photo.
      • No Photo Escalation
        • This is an email reminder that will inform the group manager which group members have not yet submitted a photo.
  • Instant Feedback Emails
    • The emails that can be instantly sent to cardholders after they submit their photo. They will be given feedback on their photo, letting them know if HelperBot classifies their photos as good (green), bad (red), or maybe (yellow/orange).
  • Photo Status Emails
    • These emails can be sent to the cardholders to let them know the current status of their photo.
      • On-hold
        • The card office has placed their photo on-hold, so it is not yet approved or denied.
      • Pending
        • Their photo is currently pending.
      • Done
        • Their photo has been marked done.
      • Downloaded
        • Their photo has been downloaded.
      • Ready for Download
        • Their photo has been marked ready for download, meaning it's approved and just waiting to be downloaded.
      • En Route
        • Their photo has been submitted and is on it's way to the pending.
  • Admin Emails
    • Emails that will be automatically sent to the organization's administers.
      • Bulk Action Results
        • This email is sent after a Bulk Action has been completed to the user that initiated the action. It lets them know the action is finished and gives them a report of the results.
