ID Document Classifier, OCR and Facial Recognition

If you have the A+ or the Enterprise plan, you can enable ID Document Classifier, Optical Character Recognition and Facial Recognition. What does that mean? We can break down it for you below.

ID Document Classifier

Sometimes, cardholders will upload another ID Card photo where their Government Issued ID is needed. With ID Document Classifier enabled, HelperBot will notify the cardholder if the Government ID submission doesn't look quite right. They'll be given the opportunity to review their submission and try again.

Optical Character Recognition

This feature will compare the fields in CloudCard with the information found on the Government Issued ID.

Facial Recognition

When this feature is turned on, HelperBot compares the ID Card photo submission with the photo that is on the Government Issued ID. The cardholder will not be aware that this is happening, but when the photo makes its way to the Pending Photo queue, you'll be able to see how HelperBot has classified that Government Issued ID.

At this time, Helper Bot is not able to auto-approve photos when facial recognition is turned on.

Please watch the video from our team on how these features can help enhance your online photo submission process.

Quick note: If you would like to enable these features, please email support@onlinephotosubmission.com and we will turn these on for you!
